1. About this draft
The Radiance Reset Mirror is an AhhMUSE self-reflection tool, not medical care, therapy, or a scientifically validated assessment. This privacy notice is a draft for the owner to review. It is not yet approved or effective, and it is not legal advice.
2. Information you provide
For the free quiz, we collect your first name, required email address, optional phone number, six selected answers, reflection category, and suggested reset. We also record your marketing choice, the consent wording and time when selected, email confirmation status, and email-request status. If you use signed-in tools, information you choose to save can include journal or tool entries, emotions, triggers, boundaries, outcomes, and daily check-ins. Account information is handled through the app’s hosting and authentication provider.
3. How information is used
We use quiz information to save your progress, generate your reflection, provide your requested confirmation and result emails, and operate and protect the service. Saved tool information supports the features you choose to use. A phone number is optional and is not permission to send marketing texts. The app does not send SMS marketing.
4. Requested emails and optional marketing
Your confirmation and result emails are transactional messages you request, separate from promotional emails. Promotional eligibility requires the optional marketing checkbox, a recorded consent statement and time, and confirmation of your email address. Leaving that checkbox unchecked does not subscribe you. The owner must confirm and provide a working withdrawal or unsubscribe process before activating promotional emails.
5. Browser storage and technical information
This app uses browser storage for a random saved-session code, a visitor code used for abuse prevention, and preferences such as sound settings. Clearing browser storage may remove your ability to resume the quiz in that browser. The hosting provider may also process technical information necessary to operate, secure, and measure the service. The owner must confirm the actual analytics, cookie, and technical-data configuration before approving this notice.
6. Service providers and access
Base44 provides app hosting, authentication, database services, and the built-in email integration used by this app. Authorized app administrators can access quiz and lead records to operate the service; signed-in personal tools use user-specific access restrictions. Email delivery requires sharing the recipient address and relevant message content with the email service. The owner must review any additional providers, processing locations, contractual safeguards, and legally required disclosures before approval.
7. Security and retention
The app uses access restrictions, random saved-session codes, expiring confirmation links, and request limits to help protect information. No system is completely secure. Keep your saved-session and confirmation links private, and take care on shared devices. The owner must approve a retention schedule and a process for deletion requests, including any necessary legal or backup exceptions, before this policy becomes effective.
8. Your choices and privacy requests
You may leave the phone field blank, decline promotional emails, and choose what to enter into optional signed-in tools. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other controls over personal information. A privacy contact, request-verification process, and applicable response times must be supplied and confirmed by the owner before public launch.
9. Items requiring owner approval
Before approval, confirm the legal business or controller name, privacy contact, effective date, audience and age eligibility, retention and deletion process, analytics and cookies, all service providers and international transfers, any legally required sale or sharing disclosures, and the marketing unsubscribe process. Additional jurisdiction-specific disclosures may be required. The owner should obtain appropriate legal review for the audience and locations served.
